Receptionist/ Office Administrator

Spectrum is seeking a full-time Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual who is interested in a long-term position and becoming an important part of our clinic.

    • Greeting and assisting clients and families

    • Answering phones, emails, and general inquiries

    • General administrative support

    • Processing invoices and payments

    • Organizing and tracking group registrations and payments

    • Maintaining accurate clinic records and administrative systems

    • Using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, Jane

    • General organization of clinic spaces and supplies

    • General clinic cleaning and maintenance

    • Identifying and completing tasks that support the day-to-day operation of the clinic

    • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Is dependable and takes initiative

    • Is a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and follow through

    • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Is friendly, professional, and welcoming with clients and families

    • Enjoys working in an environment with children

    • Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

    • Is willing to learn and adapt as the clinic grows

    • Is familiar with Jane EMR or willing to learn

Speech-Language Pathologist

Spectrum is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. We are a pediatric clinic committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, individualized care. We are looking for an SLP who values connection, collaboration, and meeting children where they are.

    • Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    • Is eligible for registration with the College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Saskatchewan (CSASK)

    • Is passionate about working with children and families

    • Practices from a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach

    • Values autonomy, connection, regulation, and authentic communication

    • Is comfortable adapting therapy to the individual child rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach

    • Is collaborative, compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated

    • Values continued learning and is open to feedback and professional growth
