Hi, I’m Hailey!
I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist, founder of Spectrum Pediatric Services, and someone who truly believes that every child deserves a place where they feel seen, understood, and like they belong. I created Spectrum because I wanted families to walk through our doors and feel that feeling of, “We finally found our place.”
I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Graduate Certificate in Autism, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders, but what matters most to me is the connection I build with each child and family. I believe therapy should feel safe, joyful, and meaningful. Therapy that is shaped around your child’s strengths, interests, and sensory needs.
My approach is play-based, connection-first, and rooted in neurodiversity-affirming care. I have a special interest in supporting the autistic community, early language development, and gestalt language processing (including echolalia). I’m an NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) Trained Clinician and have completed a sensory certification program so I can design sessions that support regulation, engagement, and authentic communication.
I’m beyond grateful for, and incredibly proud of the team at Spectrum, whose compassion, creativity, and dedication make this space what it is. Together, we work to ensure families don’t just receive support, but truly feel welcomed, valued, and confident they’ve found a community where their child is celebrated for exactly who they are
I cant wait to meet your family.
